Cancellation Policy

Please note that, reservations that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in numbers are subjected to cancellation and NO SHOW FESS as follows

• Cancellation made on the same day will be changed 100% of the total value
• Cancellation in less than 48 hours will attract 50% charge fee of the total value
• Cancellation 7 days before the event will attract 10%
• Booking is invoiced on the first day and there after actuals apply

Kindly note, we do accept local and international currencies at the prevailing exchange rate. We also accept credit cards (VISA, AMEX, and MASTER CARD). Payments can also be made by Electronic Funds Transfer. All payments should be addressed to Courtyard International Hotel Limited.
